福の枝 - fuku no eda - lucky twig

Today I am offering some special artpieces for a special price of €180,- as part of the ARTIST SUPPORT PLEDGE at a special account @tinkebell.supportpieces
#artistsupportpledge
The concept is a simple one. Artists post images of their work, on Instagram which they are willing to sell for no more than £200 each (not including shipping). Anyone can buy the work. (just send me a dm!)
Every time an artist reaches £1000 of sales, they pledge to spend £200 on another artist/s work .
To see all pledges (or make one!) just check #artistsupportpledge Keep updated @artistsupportpledge
Repost and tell your friends, colleagues and collectors. Let generosity be infectious.

Now about the work: 福の枝
A wall object made out of a sakura (cherry blossom) twig from the famous Yanomori lane in Tomioka, Fukushima (Japan) found by me in September 2019.
At the end of the twig you find prints of four leaved clovers, also found in Tomioka. - I have worked in Tomioka for the past five years and found out that a remarkable amound of lucky clovers are growing in this area.
Unfortunately because of the corona virus, right now it’s hard to travel and I can't work in Japan. So the base of this piece is made out of wood found in my own garden. Wonderland. Which is somewhere in Amsterdam. the Netherlands.

if you are interested in buying other pieces, please contact @torchgallery - they are happy so send you all the information on available work. - stay healthy and take care! ❤️✨
