Unacceptable @sprint my husband company been with you for 15 years! You upsell him over priced chargers, cases, jackets etc w/ a "guarantee" & 3 months after the purchase the charger doesn't work anymore, he takes it back & the employee makes every got damm excuse so he won't exchange, "I can order you one, it will take 6 weeks" are you kidding me? It's an iPhone 6! 
Now, he has to settle for a cheaper one, can't charge 2 like you could.. 
I am telling you what-- 15 years! Spent $3,000 that day, has 5 lines plus a tablet + my personal account on a different account and this how you treat him? You should be ashamed of yourselves--it's greed! It's all it is GREED! 
 Here is a snap shot of the receipt, I would post the whole thing but there is too much personal info on it.  I am posting it however, so you know I am not just saying this. You all talked him in to your over priced phone cases and galaxy covers etc., over priced chargers and promised it would be not be an issue to return if it stopped working--it always happens with your chargers! You did this to me on my account when you talked me in to an overpriced charger, since you don't carry the phone model--despite "life time guarantee""
