Anyhow, we have to take the computer back, can't even get internet on b/c when Windows 10 got put on and somehow Norton wasn't on and didn't notice it.
Somehow this damn virus is on, when you open any browser on any windows user role this comes up.
The browser will stay up for 10 seconds of that. We didn't even download anything. It's aggravating b/c if Norton would have stayed on this crap would never have happened. I am not blaming Norton either.

So, my husband is going to take the computer back, we can't get Windows help with all the other issues. Their solution for everything is to make a new user account.

I will however be in touch if other Issues occur.
