Now when he signs in to windows, it wants the Outlook password. We NEVER had to do this.
This NEVER was made clear or part of the deal.
He was so angry that he could not add another user account on the computer when he made the account, I think he is one letter off for the backup email. Regardless, it's asking all these questions like how many folders he has, Name a person who he received an email from.
WE NEVER Used it.
You can have the email account. We just want to be able to log in to our computer we paid $2,900 for.
Who would have known we would have to use a password for outlook to log into our computer.
This is so wrong.
I crossed out his name for obvious reasons.

Why do you have to make things so difficult? Everything was fine before windows 10.
